Xarxes is an obscure god of the Elven Pantheons. He is attributed with keeping records of history for the Elven god Auri-el and is said to have created his wife, Oghma, from all his favorite parts. While he is also regarded with writing the book The Oghma Infinium, it is often Hermaeus Mora who is attributed with the control of and handing out of the knowledge of The Oghma Infinium. Because of this, some have attributed Xarxes to being nothing more than a pawn or servant of Hermaeus Mora.
