Reports over the years of life on Akavir draw conflicting stories about the nation and human peoples of this nation. Rumored to be extinct and consumed entirely by the Tsaesci, it was in the year 231 of the 4th Era that this was disproven through interaction with humans from this portion of Akavir in Tamriel, lending their aide to the conflict with the Thalmor.
The territory of Higashi is composed of several islands off the south-eastern coast of mainland Akavir, and a portion of the eastern coastline of the mainland. It borders the old Tsaesci territory on its west and Zhúlín to its north.
