Condition Immunities:
Clamber. Your build and lion-like physique allow you to tread across dangerous terrain with added stability. When you move on your turn in combat, you can take to all fours, ignoring difficult terrain until the end of your turn. Once you use this trait, you cannot use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Stench of War. You have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks related to determining a creature's location using the stench of blood or deciphering the species of a creature using their blood.
Metamagic (25/25). Lei Shen has four Metamagic feats that are activated through the use of Sorcery Points. Likewise, Lei Shen can use Sorcery Points to recover spell slots, or sacrifice spell slots for more Sorcery Points.
Quickened Spell
Spend 2
sorcery points to change the casting time to 1 bonus action for this casting.
Twinned Spell
Spend sorcery points equal to the spell slot used to cast this spell against two targets.
Empowered Spell
Spend 1 sorcery point to reroll a number of damage dice rolled equal to Lei Shen's Charisma modifier.
Distant Spell
Spend 1 sorcery point to double the range of a spell.
Destructive Wrath. When Lei Shen deals lightning or thunder damage he can unleash the power of the destructive wrath of the Storm. When activated, this ability causes all lighting and thunder damage dealt to be the maximum possible, instead of rolling. This effect lasts till the end of the turn. A short or long rest must be completed before this feature can be used again.
Thunderbolt Strike. Whenever lightning or thunder damage is dealt to a Large or smaller creature, the creature can also be pushed back up to 10 feet away from Lei Shen.
Storm Strike. Once per turn, when Lei Shen hits a creature with a weapon attack, the attack can deal an extra 2d8 lightning or thunder damage.
Spellcasting. Lei Shen is a 20th-Level Spellcaster. His Spellcasting Modifier is Charisma (Spell Save DC 19, +11 to spell attacks). He knows the following spells:

Multiattack. Lei Shen makes three attacks with his attack action with any weapon or casts a single spell.
Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d4 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Mogu Glaive. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) slashing damage.
Thunder Axe. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) slashing damage or 10 (1d10 + 5) slashing damage (versatile) plus 3 (1d6) thunder damage.
Ranged Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) slashing damage or 10 (1d10 + 5) slashing damage (versatile) plus 3 (1d6) thunder damage.
With a bonus action, if thrown, the wielder of the Thunder Axe can call the Axe back to their hand, possibly hitting the target on the return trip as well. Make new attack and damage rolls for the return trip.
Bonus Actions:
Daunting Roar. As a bonus action, you can let out an especially menacing roar. Creatures of your choice within 10 feet of you that can hear you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of you until the end of your next turn. The DC of the save equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier. Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Storm Aura. On activation, and on every subsequent Bonus Action, targets of Lei Shen's choice within 5 ft., must make a Dexterity Saving Throw. On a failure, all targets take 4d6 lightning damage. On a success, half as much damage.
Reactions:
Raging Storm. Whenever a target is within Storm Aura, and Lei Shen hits them with an attack, he can use a Reaction to make them make a Strength Saving Throw. On a failure, they are knocked prone.
Wrath of the Storm. When a creature within 5 ft. of Lei Shen hits Lei Shen with an attack, he can use a reaction to make the creature make a Dexterity Saving Throw. On a failure, the creature takes 2d8 lightning or thunder damage (Lei Shen's choice). On a success, half as much damage.
Legendary Actions:
Attack (1 Action). Lei Shen makes one weapon attack against a target of choice within range.
Movement (1 Action). Lei Shen moves up to his movement speed to a position within range.
Spell (2 Actions). Lei Shen casts a Leveled spell.
