Moon Elves, also known as Silver Elves or Teu'Tel'Quessir in the elven language, are the most common of the elf subspecies in Faerûn in that they interact with other species the most. They are by far the most tolerant of and cooperative with humans, leading the majority of half-elf humans to be of moon elf ancestry. Some also refer to them as "gray elves" but this is a derogatory term, usually used by High Elves to insinuate that moon elves are inferior.
