Sea Elves, also known as Aquatic Elves or Water Elves in common or Alu'Tel'Quessir in the elven tongue, are a subspecies of elves adapted to living in and breathing water. Most Sea Elves who interact with inhabitants of Faerûn live in The Sea of Fallen Stars. There is also a large population living in The Great Sea, but the remoteness and depth of that body of water makes them less likely to interact with land dwellers.
