Netherese were humans from the ancient empire of Netheril. Pure-blood Netherese were extremely uncommon in Faerûn but the remnants from the fallen empire interbred with many other human ethnicities. Netherese are tall, pale skinned, with black hair, and blue or steel gray eyes.
