Ulutiu was the Faerûnian lawful neutral demigod of glaciers, frozen seas, polar environments, and arctic dwellers. He had an affair with the Mother of Giants, Othea, producing the various giant-kin species. Annam All-Father, the Father of Giants, was infuriated by the affair, murdered Ulutiu, and threw his frozen body into the Astral Plane to float for eternity. Auril saw an opportunity and usurped his Portfolio, much to the detriment and dismay of those effected by the change of hand.
