The Bedine are humans who live almost exclusively in The Great Desert of Anauroch in northwestern Faerûn. They survive in an extremely harsh and unforgiving environment, where few non-Bedine ever even consider traveling. The Bedine are an extremely ancient ethnic group, predating Netheril, but who thrived in the desertification of the region rather than being killed or driven off by it. They are of medium height, usually very thin, with black hair and dark eyes.
