This is a very small and not terribly profitable holding, from the Strongwell River and just south of Port Westwail with its southern border cutting a line east to the Ravenheart from the Dragonstone (a natural rock outcropping on the west coast).
The current Magistrate of the city is Lady Madhan the Fair, a descendant of the Markand family, who's estate is found here.
Its previous Magistrate was a certain Magnad Hornfleet, a half-elf who held some ancient deed over the lands but wasn't able to defend his claim when the Markands returned to rule. His men, a collection of mercenaries, tend to overcharge merchants for safe passage from Grey Road and he has gotten a bad reputation because of it. Many of them have fled into the Wheatsea where they prey on halfling wagoneers.
