Davian Iscarus is a grizzled veteran of the field; a vampire slayer, a war hero, and a vehement protector of the order. His current title, Lord High Commander, refers to his leadership of a group called the Army of Order, crack soldiers (many of whom are Suthican) dedicated to enforcing his will. And his will is the destruction of chaos in all its forms.
Little beyond these grand pronouncements are known about him. His countenance is that of Suthica, but his reputation as a vampire slayer refutes any allegiance to them. His recent appearance came after the fall of Glimring and the abandonment of the DragonKing Valen III. His message of order at any cost resonated strongly in the city and before they knew it, he had assumed command. So far his policies have not seemed cruel; instead, they seem measured and just, but his lack of empathy for individualism falls on deaf ears. Most who support him do so because he promises a return to some sort of normalcy.
