Nemish is an ancient city located in western Yekare. It has been inhabited since the beginning of the Fourth Age and is one of the most important and culturally significant cities in the World, serving as the administrative, cultural, and political center of the Pharaohs.
Pharaoh of Dasurkat is one of many titles held by the Shahanshah, while the native ruling dynasty from before the rise of Pelegon holds the title Hatya (Prince) and continues to rule the city and surrounding region autonomously, practically acting as Pharaoh in all but name.
To the Nemishite people, the city has long been a cultural and religious center, and this is reflected in the title of its rulers: Pharaoh, meaning "Lord of the Palace and Temple."
