The Late Period of Dasurkat refers to the period following the collapse of the Nemishite Empire until the conquest of Dasurkat by Pelegon I in IV 4. The period was characterized by a gradual decline in prominence, though Dasurkat remained a major power and a very wealthy nation due to its vast grain production. Several of the more distant and influential former kingdoms of the old Empire regained their independence and operated as separate Nemishite realms for a period. However, Nemishite rule was reestablished under the rule of Pelegon.
Beldhorush V emerged victorious after a period of civil war, ruling over a reunited but much reduced kingdom
