The Harbor of Arcanopolis, which feeds into Lake Arcanos
Lake Arcanos is a large freshwater lake located south of the Mernel Mountains. It is the largest lake in Yekare and has long been a center of trade and civilization. In the modern day, it is the heart of the Imperial Domain and is dominated by the city of Arcanopolis.
In millennia past, the lake was home to several small towns. However, following the Pelegonic Conquest, Shahanshah Pelegon I ordered most of the towns on the lakeside emptied and their people were forcibly resettled to a new city on the north shore, Arcanopolis.
