Lord Respheph Rochis, often called Old Lord Rochis, is the Lord of the Pillars and head of House Rochis. He has been Lord of the Pillars since the reign of Pelegon V. 

He is old and his health and strength are not what they once were, however, he remains a strong lord. Since V 381, Resheph has been the Grand Magistrate of Pelegon.
