King Beldzar V Rochis was the final ruler of the Kingdom of the West Coast. Following his loss against Pelegon I during the Conquest of the Free Cities, he was allowed to retain lordship over the city of Canithi in exchange for vassalage. Beldzar became a leal vassal of Pelegon I, and was the one who crowned him during his coronation. Lord Beldzar would serve as the first Grand Magistrate of Pelegon until his death.
