The Hierarch of Neria is a title held by the ruler of Neria.
In the days of the Nerian Confederacy, the Hierarch was the elected monarch of the nation, elected by the Collegio Signoria upon the death of the previous Hierarch. Following the Conquest of Neria, the title was subsumed by House Scelza and remains one of their titles, becoming a hereditary title.
