Economy: -1 to Performance checks and checks made to craft items or generate income.
Law: +4 to Intimidation checks made to force an opponent to act friendly, Persuasion checks against government officials and to call the local authorities.
Lore: +5 to Persuasion checks made to gather information and Intelligence checks made using the city's resources for research.
Society: +7 to Deception checks made to disguise, and Persuasion checks made to alter the attitude of any non-government official.
