The Jailbreak Plan

Frank "Franky" Heather is a prisoner on Isotropa Max Secure and his ship the Firedrake is impounded on the station. It offers a means of escape, but the Guild of Starsmiths were on their way to take the ship away.

Meade Grey is another prisoner, on trumped up charges of Mem Trafficking. The two of them have hatched a plan to escape. Meade is a resourceful man, and has been able to secure some Leverage.

Doctor Moth (Mevakor Ortcutt) is an employee of the Prison and oversees the treatment and care of the Prisoners, but he has a passion for Way mysteries and Precurser technology. Meade has secured an artifact of Precurser design to bribe the good doctor. The doctor does not need much convincing, he is wracked with guilt over the relentless vivisection and brutal experimentation of Mphoentle Begin the by Doctor Khelanth Xhu, tending to her horrible wounds after Dr. Xhu carves off another piece of her.

The jailbreak all hinges around the Isotropa Guard Captain Kreel's birthday party. Every guard will want a piece of his birthday cake. And that cake will be poisoned by Moth (Mevakor Ortcutt) to put the guards out of commission for the escape.

Smooth Operators

Frank "Franky" Heather disables the cameras to allow Moth (Mevakor Ortcutt) a chance to secretly poison the cake.

As the guards are made ill by the laced cake, Meade Grey steals the uniform of a disabled guard to collect their items from lockup, and trick Jhev, one of the few guards that didn't take a slice of cake guarding the landing bay where the Firedrake resides. He offered Jhev a hit of Helix(Caligen Hydropeptide-3) to take in private.

Meanwhile Moth (Mevakor Ortcutt) works with Frank "Franky" Heather to replace Khelanth Xhu's medical scanner. Frank "Franky" Heather rigs a scanner to display false information of grave injury to Mphoentle Begin the, and uses a drone to switch the scanners.

When Khelanth Xhu wheels Mphoentle Begin the to the recovery ward, Moth (Mevakor Ortcutt) agrees to treat her. When Khelanth Xhu leaves, Moth (Mevakor Ortcutt) takes her to the Landing bay.

With Jhev gone, the Crew meet up and Frank "Franky" Heather fires up the engines, getting the Firedrake away from the facility.  They're free!

The Artifact

The Artifact, and the attached Guild of Engineers research notes, provide interesting reading for Moth (Mevakor Ortcutt). Experimenting with the artifact results in all the lighting on the Firedrake to alter from incandescent white to Forest Green. Harmless but beyond the pale of Science, the artifact hints at great power.

Mphoentle Begin the takes a moment to attune with the item, and intuits that the Artifact is some sort of test, with rewards for success and "corrections" for failure.
