Miradan was found by Lucidity as a teenager and raised as his child. Luceran will refer to them as, "Glimmer".
They traveled with Pip Jewelhand for some time. The two would visit ruins as far as The Northern Wastes. Given the dangers of these areas and no mention of other companions besides Luceran, it can be assumed both they and Pip were competent in their abilities to handle themselves. They would travel to these areas to retrieve artifacts to both sell and study.
At some point, Pip and Miradan decided to settle down whereupon they adopted Foes Quillspring with Luceran's help.
