A sorcerer in the employ of the Hellbenders. They were once in Kinzo's inner circle, kept close with the explicit task of defending Kinzo from hostile magic. Since Kinzo's defeat and death, Linh has felt lost in their current place.

History

Linh was raised in Vung Ria by their father, one of the Hallowed Vessels of the suantonese Necrocracy. Their father attempted to contact and host his dead husband, resulting in his exile from the necrocracy and a rebound of magic that permanently marked his young child, Linh. What become of Linh's father is unknown.

Tô Tuấn Linh would move to Límíng City after this disgrace. Wielding magic both uncanny and dangerous, they were rejected by common society. Linh fell in with the Hellbenders and caught the opportunistic eye of their then-leader Kinzo.
