Dependency
Cillian must be submerged in water for at least 6 hours, at least once per week. If he doesn't, he experiences intense dehydration and loses 1hp per day.
Swimmy Adaptations / Supernatural Features
If you look closely at Cillian's hands, the flesh between his fingers comes up a little bit more than the average human, forming subtle webbing that helps him swim. It's even more pronounced between his toes. He also has gillslits in his neck, just beneath his jaw, but they are all but invisible unless he opens them up. You could find them if you really felt around for them. As such, he's not a fan of hickeys, for fear of his partner noticing.
Fetish
Red heads. Cillian is an absolute sucker for red heads.
Ineptitude
Cillian is inept with animal skills because animals can sense the demonic side of him and it makes them uncomfortable. In fact, when he was just seven years old, a service dog... yes, a literal service dog, attacked him while he was riding the bus. He has a scar on his eyebrow from that.
Cillian's demonic side also hinders his self-control; he gives into temptation easily.
Compulsive Behavior
Cillian parties compulsively. He doesn't have to go to a party every single day, but a drink with friends, planning for the next big party, or anything loud and rowdy will scratch his itch.
Religious
Yet despite all this, and despite his blatant lust for many kinds of human bodies, Cillian calls himself Catholic. He just convinces himself that he's not sinning
that bad. Oh, nevermind what the priest in the confession box says. He doesn't know my life. Cillian can't go to mass because several priests saw his reaction to his first communion, but there is a sympathetic priest who visits him in his home so that he can take communion every Sunday, even though it hurts him. The pain represents the struggle between his human blood and his demon blood, and his will to do it anyway is proof that the human side is winning. That's how he understands it, anyway.
Combat Reflexes
Cillian is a Taekwondo athlete. He's done lots of sparring and having someone come at him with agression doesn't rattle him.
My Own Way
Cillian doesn't think hard about his magic, it just comes to him. Come to think of it, Cillian doesn't think hard about much of anything.
Water Magic - Control Water
Cillian can control (but not conjure) liquid water that is already in its liquid state. He can control approximately a beachball amount for each margin of success (minimum 1). It has to be liquid that is just sitting there, he can't use this skill to pull it from the air or even from a sponge. He can attack with the water like a whip, using this skill for his attack roll. On a successful attack roll with his water, the foe is knocked over.
