Hailing from the Old World, Prissolu worked at the mayor's office in a settlement near First Landing Port. At some point, she was approached by a group of Vampires who sought to turn her settlement into their feeding grounds. Prissolu agreed to their plan, betraying her childhood friend and the mayor of the settlement, Loytes. After the Guild rescued Loytes and destroyed many of the Undead, Prissolu and the remaining Vampiries fled to Javervale. (Afraid of the Dark)
Apparently, sometime after her arrival in Javervale, Prissolu had approached Executor Irma Astrodius offering to eliminate the city's rebels in exchange for asylum for herself and the Vampires. However, when Executor Ingo Astrodius returned, the Vampires switched sides and started aiding the rebels instead. The reason for this could have something to with Ingo's faith. He believed, one cannot change once one has become undead, putting him directly at odds with the Vampires. Or perhaps, the Vampires saw an opportunity in eliminating the city's current leadership.
During Underworld: Rebellion, after Irma wiped out all but one of the rebels, Prissolu and the Vampires' Progenitor arrived as back-up. It is at this point when Prissolu's life came to an end, crushed and drowned in an illusion conjured by Irma Astrodius. She died with an eerie smile on her face, looking up at the sky.
