Kezen One-Eye was a marauder bandit captain who lived within the sewers beneath the City of Evernight. Leading a cruel group of savage bandits, he plundered valuables from surface dwellers before returning his ill-gotten spoils to his sewage ridden hideout. Coming into consistent conflict with the resident hag, Ritzel the Rat Queen, Kezen lost an eye to her treachery before killing many of her Wererat spawn in retaliation. Encountering the Illithid spawn, Ghad'Rah (Gibbly) within the sewers, Kezen witnessed his band of rogues murdered before his one eye, before nearly dieng himself and escaping down a sewer pipe to save his skin.
