The Trilateral Concord is a diplomatic treaty drafted and written by the Dragon Emperor Ryujin Hattori. It was delivered to the Serrakhan Sultanate and Vanir of Aerenal after the war between the Y’azi Empire and the Tribes of Khaos (see: The Tides of Khaos).

In the interest of mutual prosperity, understanding, and strength, the Y’azi Empire, the Elven Dominion of Aerenal, and the Serrakhan Sultanate do hereby enter into an alliance of trade, scholarly exchange, and military cooperation. This pact stands as a binding commitment to the shared advancement of our peoples and the security of our lands.

- Safe passage for scholars, emissaries, and research expeditions between all signatory nations.
III. The Concord of Steel - Military Cooperation & Defense
- A mutual defense agreement, ensuring that an attack on one shall be considered an attack on all.
- Opportunities for joint military training and strategic coordination.
- Assistance in times of great external threat to preserve stability and security.
