Wand of the War Mage

Wands of the War Mage were enchanted implements crafted to sharpen a spellcaster's accuracy in battle. Though they varied greatly in appearance, all carried the same purpose: to guide destructive magic with greater precision. Many were fashioned from hardwood, bone, or carved horn and adorned with feathers, metal fittings, gemstones, or other symbols of martial magic.

While wielding such a wand, a Spellcaster found offensive spells striking with greater reliability. The Transmutation subtly corrected the caster's aim, allowing spells to find their mark even against enemies sheltered behind cover that would hinder ordinary attacks.

Unlike wands that stored spells or produced magical effects of their own, Wands of the War Mage served only to enhance the abilities of their bearer. For this reason, they were favored by battle s, arcane soldiers, and Adventurerwho relied on offensive magic. More powerful examples of these wands were rare and highly sought after, as their enchantments offered a noticeable advantage in magical combat.
