Elenora Hamilton

Knight Lady. The Lady of Irons.
NPC, Noble

Elenora Hamilton was born into a family of noble seafarers in the port town of Edgewater Port. Her parents were both sailors who often took her and her siblings along on their voyages. As a result, Elenora developed a deep love and fascination for the sea and ships from a young age. As she grew older, Elenora decided to pursue a career as a sailor herself. She started off as a deckhand on a merchant ship, but her natural talent and passion for navigation quickly earned her a promotion to navigator. She sailed on many voyages, facing storms and pirates along the way, but always coming out victorious.

Elenora's life took a new turn when the Barony of Greenfield, which Edgewater Port was a part of, had a violent dispute with the Obsidian Fleet, a pirate consortium. Elenora was quick to volunteer her services as a seasoned sailor, and she was given command of a ship in the barony's fleet. She proved herself to be an excellent naval commander, leading her ship and crew to victory in several encounters with rogue ships. After the dispute was settled and many lives lost, Elenora was honored by Baron Martin Shores and eventually she took over power in Edgewater Port when her parents passed. She married a common lord named Jason, who was also a skilled sailor and shipbuilder, and they worked together to turn Edgewater Port into a prosperous town.

Under Elenora's leadership, Edgewater Port continues to be a hub of shipbuilding and naval training. Many sailors and naval officers come to the town to learn from Elenora and her experienced captains. The town also became a popular destination for traders and merchants, thanks to its bustling market and the high quality of the ships that were built there. Despite being a noble lady, Elenora remained humble and down-to-earth, often spending time with the sailors and shipbuilders in the town. She had a reputation for being fair and just in her rule, and her subjects loved and respected her. Her knowledge of the sea and ships made her a valuable advisor to Baron Martin Shores and his council, and she was often consulted on matters of naval strategy and trade.

Even in times of peace, Elenora continued to sail and explore the seas when she is able, always seeking new challenges and adventures. Her love for the sea never wavered, and she remained a dedicated sailor and commander until the end of her days.

Relation of his fellow Lords and Baron

Elenora holds great respect for Baron Martin Shores, the ruler of the Greenfield Barony, and views him as a wise and just leader. She believes that he is capable of making difficult decisions when necessary and has always been fair in his dealings with the lords and ladies under his rule. As the Lady of Edgewater Port, Lady Elenora understands the importance of maintaining a strong navy to protect her town and the surrounding waters. She frequently seeks advice from the Baron on matters of naval strategy and is grateful for his support in ensuring that her town has the necessary resources to maintain a powerful fleet. Despite her admiration for the Baron, Lady Elenora is not afraid to voice her opinions on matters that concern her town or the wider barony. She believes that open communication and cooperation between the lords and ladies of the Greenfield Barony are crucial for the prosperity and security of the region.

She sees Lord Martin Winfield as a skilled strategist and diplomat, someone who is essential in maintaining peace and stability in the realm. She often send letterns to him on matters of foreign affairs and trade, as Windelcrest is known for its diplomatic strengths. She is very impressed by their truce with the dragons in the area. Lady Emiliya Steinheart, on the other hand, is viewed by Elenora as a withdrawn figure who is not afraid to speak her mind. Elenora respects her expertise in matters of law and rule, as Whitechapel is known for its strict adherence to the law.

As for James Holmes, Elenora sees him as a well known swordsman, someone who is essential in defending the barony from external threats. She values his military expertise and seeks to consult with him on matters of defense and strategy. Lord Nikolay Von Keiner is admired for his entrepreneurial spirit and his willingness to take risks in order to achieve success. She sees his introduction of firearms to his militia as a bold move, one that could potentially change the face of warfare in Rivermond. However, she is also cautious of his ambition and keeps a close eye on his actions to ensure that he does not act against the best interests of the Greenfield barony.
