Denzel Wolfe is a Sentinel Marshal, and the partner of Runmae Soranath.
He's in his middle years now, and earned a name fighting for Breland during the Last War. He was scouted by House Deneith after the war ended, which eventually led to him becoming a Sentinel Marshal.
In 999 YK, he was sent after the criminal Kauth Dannar into the Demon Wastes. He, and Runmae, eventually caught up to the criminal, but all of them were then found by the Maruk Ghaash'kala. Denzel, along with the others, chose to join the Ghaash'kala rather than die, and travelled to Maruk Dar to begin his new life.
His first patrol went horribly. A few days before the end, they were ambushed by a Razor Wind warband, and Denzel was strung up on a metal pole and left to bake in the sun. When Runmae and the Ghaash'kala search party eventually found him, he was delirious, with multiple festering wounds, sun burn over most of his body, and a strange, virulent form of tetanus. He was taken back to Maruk Dar to recover, after giving what information he could about what happened to his patrol.
He made a full recovery, and soon after formally joined the Maruk Ghaash'kala as a kala.
