Pre-requisite: Xenos Character, Influence of +2 with Adeptus Administratum or an organisation that can go over their heads.
You have been vouched for and deemed sufficiently valuable to the works and cause of the Imperium that you may live on within Imperial space for as long as you remain in the service of your employer and the Imperium of Man. You are now permitted to set foot on Imperial worlds, so long as your mark is clearly shown and your employer is present to vouch for your Sanctioning.
- You no longer suffer the penalties to Intelligence, Perception or Fellowship tests to interact with Imperial citizens or technology outlined by Stranger in a Strange Land
- Your Influence penalty with Imperial Factions is reduced by 1. In addition, so long as your Sanction is prominently displayed, you can attempt a Difficult (-10) Rapport (Charm) test to further reduce that influence penalty, as they are made aware of your presence.
- You lose any personal influence you previously held with Xenos factions of your race, and suffer a -1SL penalty to Rapport tests with them, as you have suffered the mark of the tyrannical Imperium.
All these benefits only apply so long as the person to whom you are speaking is aware of and understands the nature of your Sanctioning.
