Excavation Team 31 was brought together by Caen Zauber under the auspices of the Olessar empire (under Isaac Olessar III) to travel north through Tanadur and investigate the recently discovered frozen ruins beneath the surface (what would be called Rivelish). MacRiada was appointed the on-site leader, and they operated primarily out of Outpost 31.
