The Ethedian Empire was once a much larger all-powerful empire around the Sea of Laeghlin, but after many years of constant invasion, has dwindled into this crumbling shadow of its former self.

Current situation:

The savage kingdom of Pravdom has been constantly invading Ethedian lands and split the empire into two parts. Satisya and Illustrya.

Other smaller staits that claim Athed have risen, including Akaedya, and the eastern kingdoms like Katonika.

The northern states of Astravan and Pervias have been expanding southward toward the precious Satisian valley
