Former leader of the Silver Watch, now factionless and fallen from favor after the bloody clash within Barren Sands. The Silver Watch all but disbanded, and half of them having turned on her, she is believed to be dead by many.
Her fate lies within the hands of the party and with the Veridian Society. Victorie is not a tiefling, but a half-demon. She grew up the favorite youngest sibling of the Lady of Bliss in Barren Sands, a succubus in hiding as a brothel maiden. It was clear that Victorie was her mother's favorite, and was always given special attention growing up. While in the Silver Watch with her sister, Red, she betrayed her for personal gain by leaving her for dead, and it drove an irreconcilable rift between them. The circumstances of the betrayal are currently unknown.
While she seems to show some remorse for the death of Jorrin and the danger the party has endured because of her, she remains incredibly closed off and defensive. Believing herself unworthy of the sacrifices and the lives that have been lost in her name, she struggles to find her place in this new, terrifying world, strangled by the weight of her sins. A month of travel with the Dust Devils has changed her. In being shown mercy and kindness, she has started down a long path of redemption, unwillingly adopting the name Jubilee while in hiding in Crookstone, having cut her hair, and forfeited her trademark silver jewelry. Pieces she was unwilling to part with, as they were a gift from her mother.
When the Crimson Jackals joined with Domina Auctoritas, she took action and helped Sabine get comatose Red and Viktos to safety. Doing what she can to help her sister, she has confessed that she was the reason that Red was taken by Domina Auctoritas years ago after a job went wrong. In saving herself, she left Red to die, and has silently sworn to not let that happen again, recalling the words of Avon and Shivers that she has another chance to live and do things differently.
