Illuskans are humans from the far northwestern region of Faerûn and are the major ethnic group in The Sword Coast North. They are descendants of the union between The Northlander and Netherese, who both had a long history in the region. Illuskans are usually tall, fair-skinned, and have blue or steely gray eyes. Many have raven black hair, but blond, red, and very light brown hair is also common.
