Shahanshah Pelegon Pelegon announces to the Imperial Conclave that the regency has ended

The Imperial Conclave is the group of advisors who counsel the Shahanshah on matters of policy. Members are appointed by the Shahanshah and serve at their pleasure (except for the Archpriest, who is elected from within the Church). While the members are ideally supposed to be appointed on merit and could be anyone, they are typically selected from the nobility as a means of securing alliances.

If they are old enough, it is also customary for the heir to the Golden Falcon Throne to be a member of the Conclave and sit in on meetings.

• Grand Vizier: Chair of the Imperial Conclave and the Shahanshah's main advisor
• Grand Magistrate: oversees the laws of the Empire and legal issues
• Foreign Minister: oversees foreign affairs and diplomatic issues
• Archpriest of Pelegon : leads the Pelegonic Church and advises the Shahanshah on spiritual and religious matters
• Lord Marshal of the Imperial Legion: leads the Imperial Legion and serves as the leader and minister for the Imperial's military issues
• Minister of Coin and Mint: oversees the Imperial treasury and economic issues, as well as managing the Empire's finances
• Guild Regent of the Imperial Mercantile Guild : serves as the representative of the Guild on the Conclave
• Imperial Spymaster: leads the Pelegonic spy ring
• Court Magician: the Shahanshah's chief advisor on the arcane arts and issues pertaining to them
