Odyssa I Pelegon was the fifteenth Shahanshah. 

Odyssa had a cold and dispassionate relationship with her husband and only had one true born child with him. Both she and he were known to take lovers outside the bounds of marriage, and some opponents of the Shahanshah even accused her acknowledged trueborn daughter, Zottyah III, of being the first of the many bastards she would have in her life.

Accusations of infidelity notwithstanding, Odyssa was an effective administrator. While her brother had merely held the Imperium together following the Years of Blood and Iron, Odyssa succeeded in truly reuniting the Empire.
