Zottyah III Pelegon was the sixteenth Shahanshah.

She was known for her preference towards the color blue. For her personal sigil she took the arms of House Pelegon with a blue field, smaller falcon, and thicker border.

Zottyah III struggled to conceive a carry a child to term. She was pregnant several times in her life but only gave birth to one surviving child, Deshna. Many speculated that her difficulties in having a child were the result of her being the result of two generations of inbreeding. Her parents (Odyssa I and Pelgos Pelegon) had both been of House Pelegon, and her fathers parents (Pelegon II and Pelega Pelegon) had also been of the House Imperial. It was frequently whispered, though never in her hearing, that the inbreeding had displeased the Gods, who had caused her to be unable to carry more than one child to term. 

An avid jouster, Zottyah III was slain in a tourney accident when splinters from a lance pierced her eye and killed her.
