Prince Ithilion Pelegon was the second son of Zottyah I Pelegon. He joined the Imperial Mercantile Guild and was named Guild Regent by his mother in V 142, a position he held through the reign of his half-sister. He was curtly dismissed by Pelegon II. At the outbreak of the Years of Blood and Iron, he retired from public life and lived secluded until his death of old age.
