Shouwei Qiu

A paladin of Avaksha and a venerated shikarist. Shouwei Qiu is of the shikara's close but extended family. His blood and his merit both have lifted him to a position of great honor in Quyan. 

Shouwei Qiu was present in the confrontation between Liutubang and Unknown. Despite the difficult history between his clan and the Jihui Sect, Shouwei Qiu was willing to tolerate their presence as neutral in order to handle the present threat. He supported Liutubang and apologized for being fooled by Himesh's machinations.
