After S04 - Old Wounds, New Dreams, Evan Orlin referred the party to Gardenhand, Sylvari's shop in Highwater, suggesting that they might gain a different perspective on the Concord and Myrren concerns they had discussed with him.
The party visits in S05 - Portents and Perilous Paths, but doesn't directly mention either topic. They do, however, seek aid for Rynerm's newly discovered memory gap. Sylvari offers to facilitate druidic assistance if the party can first resolve an issue at Hollowshade Thicket. She also notes Donny's rare Firbolg heritage, later realizing she actually met him once as a child, in the company of Captain Marris.
In S06 - Roots Revealed, the party returns to report the successful cleansing of Hollowshade Thicket and rescue/capture of two corrupted druids. Sylvari offers them a guide to reach Virella's Song, where she says they can obtain advanced assistance for both the druids and Rynerm's memory.
