Encountered during Duchy Quest 2: Satyr Boogaloo, Mrs. Pirplump is an older Gnomish woman with white hair and wearing an apron.
She lives in Hygon, and might be running "The Royal Fog" inn. She is a sort of empathic den mother for the local Satyrs, watching over them, especially when they are drunk.
When Syltorin Margaster arrived to Hygon to claim his new title of the Duke of the Whisperwoods, Mrs. Pirplump attempted to surreptitiously thwart him by inviting him to stay at her inn, because he was heading to the Duke's manor, which was at that point used by local Satyrs lead by Freygeys for partying and debauchery. Lady Merehiki Songheart informed him about this, and the plan failed.
