His rule was marked by victories against numerous threats poised by the Court of Wither that sought to harm his tribe. From marauding Fae beasts to territorial skirmishes with rival clans. Thantu’s prowess in combat and his strategic acumen earned him the respect and loyalty of his people, solidifying his position as a beloved leader.
However, the tranquility of the Faewyld was shattered during the Conjunction of the Realms—a catastrophic event that tore through the fabric of reality, pulling Thantu and his tribe from their homeland and casting them into the alien and harsh environment of the Material Plane.
The Conjunction of The Realms wreaked havoc upon the Corivilus, displacing them into the barren and unforgiving landscape of The Barren Badlands. Stripped of the lush and magical surroundings they once thrived in, the tribe found themselves vulnerable to the relentless predators of the Material Plane. Chief among these new threats were the Mist Drake, formidable creatures with an insatiable hunger for the Corivilus. These deadly drakes ravaged the remnants of Thantu’s tribe, leaving only Thantu and his beloved wife, Zula, as the sole survivors.

It was during this time of despair and desperation that Thantu encountered The Sunsations, a group of adventurers who offered him friendship and a renewed purpose after he had saved them from a Mist Drake ambush near his secluded cavern home.
With The Sunsations, Thantu found a new sense of belonging and a chance to avenge the destruction of his tribe. The adventurers, recognizing Thantu’s skill and determination, welcomed him into their ranks as they embarked on a perilous journey to confront Miavryar, an ancient and powerful Mist Dragon responsible for the death of Thantu’s people. Thantu’s desire for vengeance consumed him, driving him to challenge the mighty dragon head-on, despite the warnings and concerns of his companions.
