Operations

The Grand Bazaar is policed by the Seven Sins, with orders to ensure trade flows smoothly.

Traders from Appledorn to Helderdink ship in timber, spices, medicines concocted from jungle plants, dinosaur skulls and claws, iron, tiger pelts, gold jewelry and private gold coins, carved ivory, grung handiwork, colored feathers, tropical fruit, monkeys, plesiosaur meat, and all the other riches of the Island of Moog. Airships from around the world bring in high value, low weight items, including magic items, forbidden texts, rare spices, gems of all sorts, and looted artwork from fallen kingdoms.

Business begins before the sun comes up, and dealing doesn't stop until well after darkness edges across the city. It's a noisy, jostling, aroma-rich circus. Seven Sins thugs keep the peace, but are less present than the urchins and pickpockets. Street performers add to the cacophony. Colorful awnings protect the market from sun and rain but also trap the heat and smells.
