Mirrorcat is the crime boss for the Upper District, mostly using her wits to watch for potential changes in government that might impact the Seven Sins.
Mirrorcat is a sleek and agile Tabaxi with short, silver fur that gleams in the dim light, reflecting her skill in illusions. Her eyes are a striking green, constantly darting around as she assesses her surroundings, always thinking a few steps ahead. She has a lithe build, which aids her in her nimble movements, and she often dresses in dark, form-fitting clothes that allow her to blend seamlessly into the shadows. Mirrorcat's tail is long and expressive, often twitching with anticipation or curling in concentration as she weaves her illusions.
Her motivations are complex, driven by a deep-seated need to protect her boss, Mandrill. Her obsession with proving Yonkers is untrustworthy stems from a mix of jealousy and loyalty. She fears that Yonkers' involvement with Elina van Leeuwen could lead to disaster for the Seven Sins, and she believes that exposing him will not only protect Mandrill but also prove her worth.

Scene: The Heist at the Warehouse
In the heart of Seregon’s Harbour District, deep within the labyrinth of warehouses, Mirrorcat crouched on a beam high above the ground, her green eyes narrowing as she focused on the task at hand. Below her, Mandrill and a few other members of the Thieves Guild were gathered around a series of crates stacked against the far wall. These crates were meant to be filled with valuable spices, silks, and gemstones recently stolen from a rival merchant—a haul worth a small fortune.
But Mandrill, ever cautious, suspected a trap. The Iron Guard had been suspiciously close on their tail recently, and this deal felt too easy. So instead of risking the goods, they created an illusion—a masterpiece of Mirrorcat's craft. She wove her magic carefully, making the empty crates appear as if they were filled to the brim with the stolen treasures. To anyone looking, it would seem as though the thieves were ready to make a quick exchange and vanish before the Iron Guard could arrive.
The merchant arrived right on time, his demeanor nervous as he glanced around the dimly lit warehouse. Mandrill stepped forward, cool and composed, and they began their negotiation. But before the merchant could hand over the agreed sum, the clatter of armored boots echoed from outside. The Iron Guard was here.
“Scatter!” Mandrill ordered, his voice a low growl.
The guild members disappeared into the shadows as the Iron Guard broke down the doors and flooded into the warehouse, weapons drawn and torches blazing. Mirrorcat remained perched above, her heart pounding in her chest as she maintained the illusion.
Captain Adolf Mercelus of the Iron Guard stepped forward, eyeing the crates suspiciously. He motioned for his men to inspect them. The guards went to pry open the lids, expecting to find the stolen goods—but as their hands touched the crates, the illusion shimmered and dissipated like a mirage in the desert.
The captain cursed under his breath, realizing they’d been duped. The merchant, who had been hiding behind a stack of barrels, looked on in shock, his face pale as the reality of the situation dawned on him.
Meanwhile, Mirrorcat slipped through a hidden trapdoor in the rafters, her heart racing with a mix of exhilaration and fear. She had pulled it off—fooled the Iron Guard and protected the real goods. As she made her way through the secret tunnels that led back to the Thieves Guild's hideout, she couldn’t help but wonder if Mandrill had noticed her efforts. She was certain Yonkers had, his ever-watchful gaze likely tracking her every move, but he wouldn’t say a word. Not yet.
For now, she had done her job, and the guild was safe. But deep down, Mirrorcat knew this game was far from over. And as long as she could keep Mandrill safe, she was willing to play.
