In Murkmire Malevolence, in the middle of a heist for the Golden Vault, Mikawbu demanded that Rasmus do something entertaining instead of waiting in a closet. The half-elf obliged, using knowledge he had obtained earlier to animate an Allosaurus Skeleton that rampaged around the Cliffsunder Museum of Natural History.
A primal force native to the Vivid Realms, Mikahbu was an Archfey of the Seelie Court, known as the "Monarch of Mirth". Their motivations seemed inscrutable to mortals, save for their need for constant entertainment and relishing of joy. Mikahbu's immense power kept them from leaving their home Realm, so they struck bargains with mortals, offering their magic in exchange for a view of the Prime Material.
One such mortal was Rasmus O'Dranith, an ambitious and extremely charming Half-Elf. On forming a Warlock pact, Mikahbu gave Rasmus abilities in Spellwork and the power to charm others; in exchange, they asked that he constantly make interesting things happen.
