Potions of water breathing were a type of magical liquid that created a temporary Transmutation when consumed by Mortalborn. When drunk, a potion of water breathing allowed a creature to breathe underwater for a limited amount of time.
The cloudy green fluid of these potions smelled of the sea, and they often had a jellyfish-like bubble floating in it that moved independently of the potion's inertia.
