Translating from Scycaen to Common as the "Imperial Home of the Cindersands", Scil-Mirozhae was the furthest settlement in the Scycaen Imperium, and by far its harshest. Located on the eastern side of the Gulf of Red Winds, Scil-Mirozhae was significantly less protected from the Magic Storms, but was still more insulated than anywhere along the coastline.
The village itself was mostly carved into bare rock, with few permanent structures; on a near-annual basis, a great storm would tear up stalls, stands, and the few structures not protected by the earth itself. Few amenities were available to travelers compared to the protected Scil-Hiarun, but near every traveler braving the Cindersands needed to stop in Scil-Mirozhae to protect themselves from the harsh desert.
