Translating from Scycaen to Common as the "Imperial Home of the Warm Wind", Scil-Hiarun was a port town on Ras-Birunae, and significantly more insulated from the northern Magic Storms than the rest of the gulf.
Many boats docked here, often waiting out storms, and traveled from Scil-Mirozhae to all the way across Commona.
