The Crags, also referred to as The Crag Mountains, are a series of hills, broken mounds, and mountains in The Sword Coast North. Mostly made up of a large area of flattened steppes and mounds that transform into a small mountain range in the west, the terrain is harsh and desolate with very little vegetation. In the distant past, The Crags were home to many mines but they are long abandoned after being worked dry. The most prominent feature of The Crags is the volcanic mountain Mount Hotenow.
