The Conquest of Mernel was the final campaign of Pelegon I's conquests against the nations of Yekare. Pelegon and his armies came to the new and poorly organized Mernelian Empire. Datula had subjugated Nemish, and it was with the Nemishite and Pharaoh Tutankh’deshen III that Pelegon found common cause, as well as the recently subjugated mernelbirds of the mountaintops.
