Queen-mother Atossa Myshuq

Atossa Myshuq was a woman of House Myshuq. She was the granddaughter of Princess Marianne Pelegon. As a sign of his esteem in Prince Veron Kazimir, Shahanshah Pelegon VI Pelegon arranged for him to wed Atossa, who was of the Imperial lineage. Her union with Prince Veron produced a single child, Vladaman, before Veron's death during the Battle of Red Sands. Following Pelegon's Folly, Atossa and her son would move to the Sunfort. When Vladaman ascended to kingship over Byuntun, he was still a boy, and many factions at court jockeyed to control his regency. Amongst these was a faction led by his mother, who styled herself the Queen-mother of Byuntun.
