Queen Isabel III Orthed was the Queen of the Motherlands and head of House Orthed during the Years of Blood and Iron. A lead organizer of the Zottyan Conspiracy, Queen Isabel was named Grand Vizier of Pelegon by Zottyah II after the murder of Lord Samwell Sweet. 

Her key involvement in the murder of the young Pelegon IV earned her the sobriquet Isabel the Monstrous and netted her infamy and disdain across the Imperium, including from her own vassals. When she was arrested on orders of Odyssa I, her vassals did not intervene on her behalf, allowing her to be hanged for regicide.
